Important Information: DHL No Longer Ships Funeral Urns Internationally

Since October 1st, DHL has stopped transporting funeral urns both within Germany and internationally. This change affects many families and funeral homes who previously relied on parcel services for the shipment of cremated remains.

Human ashes are considered sensitive human remains and therefore require special handling, documentation, and transportation conditions. Standard parcel logistics are no longer permitted for this type of shipment.
